If your order is incorrect or has damaged items, please let us know within 7 business days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements to replace incorrect or damaged items.  Items will need to be returned in the packaging that it arrived in with no tags removed.

We don't accept ‘change of mind returns’ or items that have been used but if there is something not right or your unhappy with your order please contact us at hello@9monthsapart.com.au to discuss.

Product care & safety

Dummies: We recommend replacing dummies every 6-8 weeks. If you see any signs of deterioration please dispose of your dummy immediately as it can become a choking hazard. You can sterilise your dummy in hot water for 3-5 minutes.

Bibs: All bibs must be washed in cold water either by hand or gentle machine wash and do not tumble dry them. We will not accept responsibility for damage to items due to incorrect washing. 

Silicon & Rubber Products: To care for all silicone products, just wash in mild soapy water and dry. 

Please always read every item’s individual product care and safety, which should be located at the back of the packaging or on our website.

How long will my order take?

Please note that we are an online store only and will be shipping Australia wide. We unfortunately don’t offer shipping overseas at this point in time.

If your order consists of items in stock the standard processing time is 3-7 Business days from ordering. This may be extended in sale or busy periods. We will be using Australia Post and you will be able to track your delivery once we have provided you with a tracking number.

I've lost my parcel

We do not refund if the customer gives the incorrect shipping address. If the item is returned to sender, we will charge the customer again for the initial shipping costs.
